Pond of Canet Saint-Nazaire
With the Massif des Albères in the background, typical of Catalan landscapes, and its protected biodiversity, the pond of Canet Saint Nazaire is a unique natural wonder in the Eastern Pyrenees. A true paradise for nature lovers, it is possible to see pink flamingos and other rare species in Europe. This ecological lagoon of 1,100 hectares has been classified Natura 2000. It gathers an important fauna and flora among which 200 migratory birds. Depending on the season, you can see some of them during a guided tour.
