For campsite pitches, arrivals and departures are only on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and stays are only on a weekly basis, depending on the pitch categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The day of your departure, you must return the key of your accommodation no later than 10 AM. There is no check-out appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the procedure ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1- Clean your rental following the procedure provided HERE<\/a> and received by email before your departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2- Return the keys directly to the reception no later than 10 AM. Any delay will result in a charge of 20\u20ac for each 15 minutes exceeded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3- Your credit card imprint will not be used if the departure condition is in accordance with the initial condition. In case of non-compliance, you will be notified by email within 48 hours after your departure.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am staying in a mobil-home, do I have access to the common sanitary facilities ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shared sanitary blocks are reserved exclusively for families who have booked Nomad, Classic, Comfort and Prestige pitches.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

We offer the rental of high chairs, bed guards and baby baths at \u20ac30 per unit per stay. We recommend booking this option before your arrival.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you have any accommodation for people with reduced mobility?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you accept pets in the campsite?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dogs are allowed in all accommodations starting at 3\u20ac per day, except for the Far\u00e9, Kani, Taos and Maya mobile homes. Pets are permitted, but the management reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the number or species of pets is deemed incompatible with the harmonious environment of the campsite. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Dogs and other pets should never be left unattended. They must not be left alone at the campsite, even when confined, as their owners are legally responsible for them. Dogs must have up-to-date vaccination records and are not allowed access to our aquatic area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What are the opening hours of the pools?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our pool area is open from 9 AM to 7 PM. Access is strictly reserved for campsite guests. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to enter the pool area.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Are the pools heated?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to pay in installments?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation. The balance can be paid in several installments and at the latest one month before your arrival. For this you can pay online the amount of your choice with your reservation number.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have received your payment. We recommend checking your spam folder if you haven’t received a notification yet. When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The balance of your reservation must be paid at the latest one month before your arrival.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do I need to provide a deposit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each guest must provide a bank imprint before their arrival through the secure Payzen platform. Every guest will receive the procedure by email a few days before arrival. This step is mandatory for key handover. No imprints can be taken on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you register your credit card, you authorize Camping Le Calypso to use it in the following cases<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Departure condition assessment not in accordance with the arrival condition. In the absence of conformity, you will be charged for the cost of restoration and the value of missing or damaged equipment. An amount of 150\u20ac will be retained if the accommodation or individual sanitary facilities have not been cleaned on the day of departure.<\/li>
  2. Damage or dirt on: the pitch, sanitary facilities, rented equipment, common facilities, etc. (non-exhaustive list).<\/li>
  3. Nighttime disturbance (100\u20ac per nighttime disturbance).<\/li>
  4. Unpaid stay amount at departure.<\/li>
  5. Borrowed equipment not returned.<\/li>

    The coworking space is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and over who are staying at Calypso. They must be registered on the reservation. This access is subject to a fee and provides you with a workspace equipped with high-speed internet access. This area is accessible for free and unlimited for guests staying in the Luxe and Premium ranges.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
