The campsite is located 2km from the center of Torreilles.

How far is the campsite from the shops?

The campsite is located 500 m from the shops of Torreilles and 1km from the supermarket.

How far is the campsite from the bicycle paths?

The nearest bicycle path is 100m away.

Where is the nearest train station?

The train station of Salses-le-Château is 16km away.

The train station of Perpignan is 20km away.

Where can I find the nearest airport to the campsite?

You will find an airport in Perpignan, Sud de France which is located 22 km from our campsite.

Where can I find the list of markets?

We advise you to download our application Cool N Camp, you will find the list of markets in the tourism section.

What type of electrical outlet on the sites?

Our pitches are equipped with 10A European sockets.

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?

Fridge top : 8€/night

Fridge/freezer : 10€/night

Can we have water access on each site?

Only the Privilege sites are connected to the water supply.

Are there sites for campers?

All our pitches can accommodate motorhomes. A dumping area is located at the entrance of our campsite.

What is the difference between a Basic and a Classic location?

The Basic pitches are located either on the edge of the boulevard or far from the common sanitary facilities. The Classic pitches are all located near the common sanitary facilities.

Rentals

Is it possible to rent a baby bed or high chair?

You can rent for 2€/day/item: baby bed, baby bed sheets, child bed barrier, high chair, bathtub.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Sheets and towels are provided for the Luxury range at no extra charge. You have the possibility to rent your sheets at the rate of 10€/bed (change in supplement).

Is the mobile home equipped with a television?

The accommodations of the Comfort, Privilege, Prestige and Luxury ranges are equipped with television. If your accommodation does not have a television, you can rent one for 56€/week.

Is the mobile home equipped with air conditioning?

The Privilege, Prestige and Luxe accommodations are equipped with air conditioning.

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

The mobile homes Octalia, Cordelia and Taos have two parking spaces at no extra charge. If you don’t rent one of these accommodations, you can still park your second vehicle at the campsite for 3€/day.

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?

In low season (May, June and September) you can book a minimum of 2 nights. In high season (July-August) you can book a minimum of 7 nights.

Do you have any PRM accommodation?

The mobile home Life is adapted to people with reduced mobility.

Pool

What are the opening hours of the pools?

Our aquatic area is open from 9am to 7pm.

Is the aquatic area heated?

Our aquatic area is heated from 28/04/2023 to 04/09/2023.

Are swim shorts allowed?

Swimming shorts are allowed.

Practical information

What does cancellation insurance cover?

Modification of your reservation:

For any modification of the dates of reservation, subject to availability, it will not be possible to guarantee the same site, nor the reservation for the desired period.

Any change in the number of people between the time of your reservation and your arrival must be reported to the reservations department before your arrival. In case of late arrival, your reservation will be maintained 48 hours after the scheduled arrival date provided that the reception is informed in writing.

In the absence of a message from you indicating a postponement of your arrival date, the site may be available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the contract, and you will consequently lose the benefit of your reservation.

Cancellation due to the campsite :

In case of cancellation by the campsite, except in case of force majeure, the stay will be fully refunded.

However, such cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.

Cancellation by the camper without cancellation guarantee:

No refund is to be claimed.

Cancellation due to the camper with the cancellation guarantee :

The costs following a cancellation (deposits paid) can be covered by the cancellation guarantee offered by Le Calypso, in addition to 7% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of 20 €/ week.

If any of the following events occur before your arrival and not during your stay: Serious illness (including COVID-19), serious accident or death of a member of your registered family, complications of pregnancy before the 7th month, significant material damage to your own property and requiring your presence, economic redundancy, cancellation or modification of vacation dates by the employer, accident or total theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the direct route to the place of stay

You will be reimbursed for the amount paid, excluding the amount of the cancellation guarantee and the booking fees, in the event of an event occurring between the date of reservation and the date of arrival, on presentation of proof and on the condition that you have previously informed the reception in writing.

COVID-19: In the event of a lockdown, border closure or administrative closure of the campground, you may cancel your stay until your scheduled arrival date. You will then be offered a voucher valid for 18 months and refundable at the end of the term.

ANCV : in accordance with article L.112-14 L of the Monetary and Financial Code, in case of cancellation of a stay and according to the cancellation conditions, the sums paid by vacation vouchers are not refunded, only a voucher to be used over 18 months is possible.

Are you Vacaf approved?

We are not approved VACAF.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

A deposit of 30% is required upon reservation. The balance can be paid in several installments and at the latest one month before your arrival. For this you can pay online the amount of your choice with your reservation number.

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance of your reservation must be paid at the latest one month before your arrival.

How to modify or cancel a reservation?

To cancel or modify your reservation you must inform us by email at [email protected]. Without this guarantee, the amount of the stay cannot be reduced.

Can we arrive outside the opening hours of the reception?

If you arrive outside the opening hours of the reception, you will be able to get everything you need to enter the campsite from our receptionist who is located at the entrance of the campsite. We advise you to contact us in advance to inform us of your arrival time.

Is it possible to access my rental before 5pm?

You can arrive at the campsite from 9:00 am to enjoy the facilities until the handover of the keys, from 5:00 pm. Your vehicle will be parked within the camp and the common sanitary facilities will be at your disposal.

Is my dog allowed?

Dogs are allowed from 3€/day in all accommodations except the mobile homes Rio, Faré, Kani and Taos. They must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in our aquatic area.

Am I allowed to bring guests such as family or friends to the campsite?

Visitors are not allowed to enter the campsite.

Do we have to make an appointment for the departure of the rental?

You must make an appointment for your departure inventory of fixtures. We advise you to do so as soon as you arrive.

Is there a laundry in the campsite?

The campsite has two laundry rooms (4 washing machines and 3 dryers).

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

Only gas barbecues are allowed on the pitches. A collective barbeque area is available for holidaymakers. (electric bbc forbidden)

Is there wifi in the campsite?

You can enjoy free wifi on the terrace of the bar and unlimited in the whole campsite from 4€/day. In the accommodations of the Luxury and Prestige ranges you will find a WIFI connection without extra charge.

Is it possible to choose your pitch or mobile home?

You have the possibility to ask for a specific location (extra charge of 40€) or to be placed side by side with another family (extra charge of 20€/family). Subject to availability.

Is it mandatory to wear the bracelet?

Wearing a bracelet is mandatory during the whole stay from 2 years old.

When does the entertainment start at the campsite?

You will be able to find all our family activities as of June 19, 20223.

Do you have a kids club?

The children’s club is available for children from 4 to 12 years old.

Is there a charge for the Kids Club?

In our campsite near Perpignan, we want to ensure that our customers have access to activities without any extra costs. That’s why the kids club is free.

Do you have a teen club?

The teen club is available for teenagers from 13 to 17 years old.

Are there any shops in the campsite?

You will find a grocery store, a snack bar/pizzeria and a bar/ice cream shop on the campsite.

What are the possible arrival and departure times?

For rentals, arrivals are from 5pm and for camping sites from 2pm. For any late arrival (after 8pm), please inform the campground at 04 68 28 09 47. Departures must be made before 10am for rentals and before 12pm for pitches.

Do you have rentals for large families?

Our largest accommodations have a maximum capacity of 8 people (including babies).

How do I send my vacation vouchers?

We advise you to send the letter by registered mail.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card, cash, bank transfer, cheque, vacation vouchers and e-vouchers.

Is a health/vaccine pass required to enter the Torreilles campsite?

As of 14/03/2022 the health/vaccination pass is no longer required in France to stay in a campsite.

Can we change the dates of our stay?

Yes, as long as the total amount of your stay is the same or higher than the initial reservation.

Where can I rent a bike?

The bicycle rental service is located 200m from the campsite.

Where is the nearest beach?

The beach is located at 500 m.
